Remove Ads purchase

The optional Remove Ads purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles billing, receipts, taxes, and refunds for App Store purchases.

If Remove Ads does not apply

  1. Open Frog Quest+.
  2. Go to the Remove Ads screen.
  3. Tap Restore Purchases.
  4. Make sure the device is signed in with the same Apple ID that bought Remove Ads.
  5. If the purchase still does not restore, restart the app and try again.

Ads

Frog Quest+ uses Google AdMob for banner and interstitial ads. If live ad fill is unavailable, gameplay should not be blocked.

Refunds and billing

For App Store purchase refunds, receipt issues, tax questions, or payment problems, use Apple Support or the purchase history tools for the Apple ID that made the purchase.

For support, use the developer contact options shown on the Frog Quest+ App Store product page. Including the device model, iOS version, Frog Quest+ version, and a short description of what happened will make the report easier to review.
